Jessica Lages, Consultant

Before joining JCA in 2007, Jessica Lages worked as the Applications Specialist at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.  In that role, she assumed various responsibilities which included database/application support, technical report writing, project management, application user-end training, and researching options for systems selection.

At TBPAC, Jessica also played a key role during the implementation of their new Ticketing, Fundraising, and Education systems.

Additionally, Jessica’s background is inclusive of experience in the healthcare sector.  She was a crucial member of the implementation and support teams responsible for the roll-outs and maintenance of multiple web-based applications for Concentra Integrated Services.

Ms. Lages is a Florida State University Alumna of the Bachelors of Arts Psychology program.  She has also received formal instruction in C++ programming, SQL 2000/2005, and Crystal Reports 10/11.
