ARTIFAX Support & Consulting Services

JCA is the certified maintenance & support provider in North America for ARTIFAX Event.  All licensed American and Canadian ARTIFAX Event users are eligible to activate an ongoing maintenance & support relationship with JCA, with an option to renew on an annual basis.  JCA also provides customized consulting and training services to further maximize your use of ARTIFAX Event.


JCA's Consulting Services:

Organizations like yours, such as Lincoln Center, the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, the Fort Mason Center, and the Elgin Community College have taken their ARTIFAX Event usage to the next level by making use of JCA's consulting services.  We offer a wide range of services from the technical, like custom report writing, VISIO drawing creation, and ARTIFAX Event installation and configuration, to the strategic, such as our business process assessment services.


JCA's Training Services:

In addition to our consulting services, JCA can train your staff to get the most from the software, either at the time of initial installation or following staff changes and newly developed business processes.   Many performing arts venues have taken advantage of our on- and off-site training opportunities, including the Indianapolis Symphony, Carnegie Hall, and the University of Notre Dame's DeBartolo Performing Arts Center.
