The Raiser's Edge® Consultant
Over 30 organizations use JCA as their on-site Raiser's Edge® consultant. Our goal is to make our clients as self-sufficient as possible by working with the internal database administrator to teach them the skills to manage the system on their own. JCA offers The Raiser's Edge® training on both the 7.x product series as well as organizations that are still running 6.x. Our Raiser's Edge® trainers can work with large groups as well as smaller one-on-one training. We train each organization on their data using their specific business rules. We also train users by functional unit, so that each group is learning the areas of the system that relate specifically to their job.
