As a Kintera Gold Partner and Certified Solutions Provider, JCA supports Kintera clients in implementing Contact Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management System (CMS) tools, as well as synchronizing Kintera SphereTM  with back-end fundraising software, including but not limited to Raiser's Edge®.

Implementing Kintera Tools
Kintera SphereTM is a comprehensive set of internet-based contact and content management tools that can help non-profits cultivate relationships and encourage stewardship with prospective donors, volunteers, and advocates.  JCA's Certified Solutions Providers can assist Kintera clients by:

  • Setting up the SphereTM account
  • Preparing e-communications (appeals, acknowledgement letters, newsletters, or general updates) for special events, as well as advocacy or fundraising campaigns. 
  • Importing data
  • Using existing branding to design and launch a website
  • Training employees on managing both the CRM and CMS systems

Integrating Kintera SphereTM with an Existing Database
Kintera's Adapter, built on JCA's ReportAbility product, facilitates the flow of data between Kintera SphereTM and your existing database system.  Manual data entry or complex import/export procedures are normally necessary for online and offline gift processing.  With synchronization, the data is automatically updated in both systems, maintaining an up-to-date account of donor history and contact information.  

JCA works with Kintera to provide both installation and on-going support.  If necessary, JCA is also available to provide consulting on the data mapping and code cleanup before the installation begins.
