| Michael has several years of experience working with both nonprofit and government organizations in the areas of program and project management, mission based training implementation, and team development. Prior to joining JCA in 2008 as an Associate Consultant he worked with the Community FoodBank of New Jersey where Mr. Gewirtz helped manage their Kids Division programs and developed two revenue generating ventures that supplemented their fundraising efforts.
Mr. Gewirtz holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Philosophy and Communications from Boston College, a Masters in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from Seton Hall University and is an alumni of the national service program AmeriCorps*National Civilian Community Corps.
