Hugh R. Vasconcellos Jr. joined JCA in 2007 as a Network System Engineer. At JCA some of his duties include ghosting, imaging, rebuilding computers and trouble-shooting first and second tier support.

Prior to joining JCA, Hugh worked as IT Consultant, Network Systems Administrator, Computer Help Desk Technician and a Information Technology Specialists for several companies within New York City. Hugh holds a Network Systems Engineer certification from The Chubb's Institute.
