| Mr. Korenczuk graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Psychology and Vocal Performance. After school he went to work for the Chester County Community Foundation (CCCF) located in West Chester, PA where he helped convert and implement Raiser’s Edge®. He was also responsible for training the staff in all computer related issues. He went on to be the Database Administrator for a large non-profit in San Francisco called Jewish Family and Children’s Services where he handled all issues related to the database, including mailings, reports, and training.
Currently, Mr. Korenczuk works for Jacobson Consulting Applications, Inc. as a Trainer and Fundraising Systems Consultant. He has traveled around the country training fundraisers and support staff on their fundraising database software, including experience with Raiser’s Edge®, Donor Perfect, eTapestry and PledgeMaker. He believes that technology can make an organization more efficient and an efficient organization can more readily affect change in our world.

Raiser’s Edge 7.0® – Since Sundance has many satellite offices, the challenge was to train staff on consistent data entry so that information could be shared intelligently between offices. The training served as a launch pad for new ideas concerning process and reporting. |

DonorPerfect – After experiencing sudden staff turnover, CHF needed to rapidly train all new employees on their existing system. The goal of training was to determine how things were done in the past and get new employees up to speed as quickly as possible. |
