Director, Consulting ServicesMr. Beshuk began his career in the not-for-profit sector in 1991 with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Since then, he has worked in every facet of development from special events to planned and major gifts. Previous to joining JCA in 2000, he worked as the Planned/Major Gifts Officer at the American Red Cross of Greater Columbus. He was also the Director in charge of direct marketing and the organization's fundraising software including Blackbaud's The Raiser Edge®. In his tenure at the Red Cross, he managed two large database implementations, and created and maintained Red Cross's coding structure and operating procedures. In his years at JCA, Mr. Beshuk has managed myriad projects from small data conversions to large scale fundraising software selection and implementation. His extensive nonprofit experience gives him comprehensive knowledge of the end-user's needs. As a demonstration of JCA’s commitment to excellence, Mr. Beshuk has recently become a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). The PMP certification involves a rigorous, examination-based process that represents the highest caliber in professional standards.
