Donna Caputo is JCA’s foremost expert in donor system customizations and implementations. Serving hundreds of clients including Wycliffe Bible Translators, Children’s Hospital Trust in Boston, Elmhurst College, University of California at Riverside and many others, Donna has completed many projects including customized acknowledgment modules, interfaces between fundraising, point of sale and accounting systems, and automated data transfers between ticketing and membership systems as well as student and fundraising systems. Donna has led donor system implementations across complex, multi-site organizations including the American Civil Liberties Union. Donna has led multiple Raiser’s Edge implementations involving highly customized data conversions. 

Before joining JCA, Donna worked in the non-profit healthcare field, including a stint at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Donna has a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Florida State University and certification from the Computer Science program at Hofstra University. The core curriculum included High-Level Language Programming, Database Concepts and SQL Programming.

Donna serves on the board of directors of Mission One. The organization was founded by Bob Schindler in 1991, and we utilize partnership with nationals as a key strategy for world evangelization.  (www.mission1.org)

MissionOne builds relationships with indigenous Christian ministries in Africa and Asia, providing financial support and advocacy in order to help them be more successful.  We are focused primarily on planting churches among unreached peoples, those who have little or no access to hearing the gospel. Most of the national missionaries we support work among Hindu, Muslim, Buddhist, or animistic people. More than 80% of the national missionaries supported by Mission One live in the “10-40 Window”, where the vast majority of unreached peoples live.
