Managing Director, Products

As Director of JCA’s Product Division, Andrew Recinos is responsible for overseeing the development, execution, enhancement and support of JCA Answers, JCA Adapters, T-Stats and other JCA-developed products used by more than 100 organizations worldwide. Andrew serves on the Leadership Team of the Tessitura Next Generation project, an initiative to rebuild the Tessitura arts enterprise software. Previously at JCA, Andrew specialized in Tessitura implementations and helped implement more than 30 organizations. Some of Andrew’s clients include the Orange County Performing Arts Center, Salt Lake County/ArtTix consortium, Philadelphia Orchestra/Kimmel Center consortium and Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.

During his 8 years at Carnegie Hall prior to joining JCA, Andrew worked as the Head of Development Systems, the Director of Friends of Carnegie Hall and other posts in the fundraising department. He also served as the Associate Director of Development and Marketing at the Savannah Symphony Orchestra.

Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Arts Administration and Bachelor’s Degree in Music from Indiana University. He is a frequent presenter at the INTIX annual conference and for the Tessitura Network webinar series as well as at its annual conference. Andrew is a former board member of the Oregon Regional Ticketing and Admissions Association (an affiliate of INTIX). He is also the Resident Composer at Godlight Theatre Company.
