Stephanie Reyes brings a wealth of non-profit experience to her work at JCA. As Manager of the BI Group, Stephanie oversees product development for JCA’s line of business intelligence tools: JCA Answers for The Raiser’s Edge®, Galaxy, VISTA and Siriusware. Stephanie works with clients to not only implement JCA Answers, but to integrate it into their everyday business operations and produce a variety of custom reports, from membership analysis to daily gift reports to grants management reports. Stephanie has worked with a number of notable clients including the Art Institute of Chicago, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Strong National Museum of Play, and CN Tower.
Before joining JCA, Stephanie worked as the Assistant Director of Development Services with The Franklin Institute Science Museum in Philadelphia. While there, she managed its Raiser’s Edge® database, training and overseeing 25 users. rior to working at The Franklin Institute, Stephanie worked with the Chicago Humanities Festival, the Court Theatre in Chicago and the Children’s Defense Fund in Washington DC.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Wellesley College and a Masters degree in the Social Sciences from the University of Chicago.Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
