Gay, Straight & Lesbian Education Network

GLSEN is the leading national organization fighting to end anti-gay bias in K-12 schools.  GLSEN strives to assure that each member of every school community is valued and respected regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity/expression.

The Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) came to JCA for a number of services to assist GLSEN's staff in efficiently implementing The Raiser's Edge®. To complement their implementation, we conducted a comprehensive training on The Raiser's Edge® for the GLSEN staff. Our training included customized instruction tailored to GLSEN’s operational processes. As a final step, we created a policies and procedures manual that would serve as the starting point for a living document, to be continually updated as the staff developed new methods and procedures for the GLSEN's use of The Raiser's Edge®.
