Susan Hornung

Client Services

Susan Hornung is an integral part of JCA’s Client Services department. She provides support for many of JCA’s marketing initiatives and has been instrumental in helping to progress and close sales opportunities.

Prior to joining JCA, Susan worked for several years as an independent marketing communications professional. At The Reid Group, she designed strategic planning brochures for non-profit clients such as The Adult Learning Center, The Grail, The Dominican Center for Women, and numerous schools and churches. She also has a strong background in editing, having edited three historical books and proofread several market insight studies from Rose Cognition, LLC. Before working as a freelance marketing professional, Susan was the marketing communications writer at Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation, where she worked with in-house clients to develop concepts and create marketing materials for company products.

Susan holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Advertising and Marketing from Marquette University. She is a frequent volunteer at her children’s schools and often participates in races and fun runs for local Milwaukee charities.
