Trends in Audience Behavior: Loyalty Programs

In this session, we’ll follow-up on our INTIX session from last year “Finding the Opportunity in Subscription Decline” and reveal our newest study on audience behavior trends related to loyalty programs. We’ll review how subscriptions, memberships, and other loyalty programs are faring across North American arts organizations since the last INTIX, and what offers will have the best chance at increasing audience sizes as we move into 2024. Should we focus our efforts on traditional subscriptions, “Netflix-style” memberships, or simply single ticket offers? What are the optimal benefits and prices for various offers? We’ll explore these questions and more in this session meant to spur innovation based on actual behavioral data in this crucial area of our business models.
