2017 North American Artifax User Summit

We are delighted to announce that the fourth North American Artifax User Summit will be taking place this year on June 20 + 21 in Dallas, TX. This is a fantastic way for Artifax users to meet the Head of Customer Services from Artifax UK and experts from JCA, as well as users from other organizations.
For the past four years, JCA has organized these gatherings across North America—with the previous meetings being held at the Walker Arts Center in Minneapolis, the Toronto International Film Festival’s Bell Lightbox, and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Arts in Miami.
This year’s summit will be held in Dallas, Texas, at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center’s Horchow Hall. The event will be taking place Tuesday, June 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, June 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Artifax’s very own Head of Customer Services, Tim Leighton, will be once again attending this year to keep users updated with future plans.
The Summit allows Artifax users and administrators to meet as peers and get to know each other, swap ideas, and gain helpful advice that can benefit them when using Artifax products. Attendees are encouraged to share their own experiences and help to create a friendly and more connected user community.
We spoke with Anne Choe, Senior Product Specialist and organizer of the North American Summit, to discuss the upcoming Summit …
What is the North American Artifax User Summit?
North American Artifax Users represent a spectrum of professionals, including IT Directors, Event Coordinators, Facility Rentals Managers, and System Analysts, but all are tasked with contributing to the seamless operation of their organization or venue. With client presentations and group discussions, we can not only share tips and tricks about Artifax software, but also share common issues we face in our individual organizations and best practices.
What can users expect to gain from attending these events?
Users come away from the Summit with a better understanding of the capabilities in Artifax to manage information flow and streamline operations. They also have the opportunity to learn about what’s coming next in ARTIFAXevent and to engage in conversation with Tim Leighton and the JCA Artifax team about the potential and future development of ARTIFAXevent.
What do you enjoy most about the summit?
We at JCA see our relationship with Artifax clients as a partnership. We are highly invested in the success of those who use Artifax, not just as organizations, but also on a very personal level as individuals. The Summit is a chance to really connect and put a face to a name—but I’m also looking forward to continuing our Artifax User Summit bowling tradition, and I challenge Artifox to a Bowl-Out (which given my bowling skill is not really a challenge, even for an inanimate object).
We look forward to the upcoming Summit, and hope to see you there! Learn more and register for the North American Artifax User Summit here.
