Fiona Buttars Earns PMP Certification and is Promoted to Senior Consultant

January 31, 2019 – Fiona Buttars earned her Project Management Professional certification (PMP). The PMP is awarded to individuals who display expert knowledge in all aspects of project management. In order to qualify, Fiona endured a rigorous application process that included documenting 4,500+ hours of project management experience and 35+ hours of courses which culminated in a four hour, 225 question exam, which Fiona passed.

This news came as no surprise to Fiona’s colleagues or clients—Fiona is a project management master and we are fortunate to have her on the JCA team.

February 5, 2019 – Fiona has also been promoted to the role of Senior Consultant. Fiona, who has been with JCA nearly three years, has shown incredible growth and poise. Her commitment to JCA clients and her colleagues shows in her resolute effort to always be of service. Fiona’s ability to manage dozens of projects simultaneously, while advancing initiatives in IT and the PMC, have proven time and again to be invaluable to JCA.

Lizzie Marx Promoted to Product Manager

February 1, 2019 – Lizzie Marx was promoted to the role of Product Manager, RMA / Tessitura Products.

Lizzie joined JCA in 2013 as a Product Specialist for T-Stats. Since that time she has strong knowledge of Tessitura and the Tessitura Community, managing support, upgrades and migrations of T-Stats. More recently, she has successfully additionally taken on project management responsibilities for our work with Capacity Interactive and the Behavior Infuser product. Lizzie will continue with these duties while she assumes the Product Manager position.
