Michelle Chesley Promoted to Senior Product Engineer

We’re thrilled to announce the promotion of Michelle Chesley to Senior Product Engineer. Over the past year, Michelle has been indispensable with her strong and steady attitude and work ethic. No matter what the task, she is always willing to contribute. With Michelle’s wit and talent, she has picked up additional skills in her role to help move projects forward. And she does all of this as the most wonderful colleague.

In her new role, Michelle will take responsibility for project management on the team alongside our VP of Product. This will have Michelle contributing with, but not be limited to, helping lead daily stand-up meetings, manage showcases, and oversee Product Engineers in sprint retrospectives. She will continue to be accountable for product development, feature implementation, code quality, documentation, and security/compliance adherence and help strengthen JCA’s position with Vivian.
