The countdown has begun. Tessitura just announced that they will officially sunset Tessitura v15 and TNEW v7 on December 31, 2027. If your organization is currently on version 15, we recognize that this might be concerning news. Version 16 promises powerful new features, but the upgrade can feel daunting, especially now that there is a looming deadline.

JCA can help. We’re here to make your team feel confident and prepared for a successful transition.

Our consultants are experts in Tessitura and have worked with many organizations that are either transitioning to v16 or are already live on the platform. We’ll be by your side to answer any questions you have about the upgrade and the new version so you feel calm and confident about the transition.

We offer v16 Upgrade Prep and Support to help you through your upgrade journey.

Upgrade Prep

We’ll develop a fully fleshed-out upgrade plan for you that identifies:

  • your timeline and action steps for the upgrade,
  • what steps you need Tessitura to complete, and what your team can manage on its own,
  • the mapping of the data for migration (particularly membership data), and
  • what custom reports will need to be rebuilt or upgraded.

Upgrade Support

During and after your v16 upgrade, our team is available to support your team with:

  • project management of the upgrade process,
  • communication between Tessitura and your team,
  • any questions that come up during the transition process, and
  • training your team on the new version.

“JCA Supported us every step of the way, ensuring that we were making thoughtful and informed decisions in the best interest of our staff and patrons. JCA’s partnership during this process was invaluable; their experience and efficacy is unmatched!”
