A. James Minehart, PMP brings a wealth of nonprofit experience to his client engagements at JCA. With a broad range of expertise in technology and nonprofit operations, James specializes in JCA’s most complex and innovative projects.
James has helped clients across the nation with multi-department needs analysis, process improvements, software gap analysis, enterprise software implementation, and more. As a certified project manager, James has managed both waterfall and agile projects at JCA. James has helped a diverse selection of organizations, including Art Institute of Chicago, Texas Children’s Hospital, World Wildlife Fund, and many others with projects across a broad spectrum of technologies.
Prior to his work at JCA, James worked in operations roles with Lewis & Clark College, YWCA of Greater Portland, and the Manhattan Theatre Club. James is a graduate of American Musical and Dramatic Academy. A recognized expert in technology and operations issues, James is a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences for nonprofit organizations, including CASE, AASP, and others.
