MORE ABOUT JULIE
Where do you work? Where are you from?
I live in Norman, Oklahoma though I grew up in Texas and claim to be a Texan at heart. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2006 with a BS in Linguistics. Shortly afterwards, my husband and I moved to Managua, Nicaragua to serve with a nonprofit organization working with kids and youth before we moved back to Oklahoma in 2015 to start a family.
What do you do at JCA?
As a Senior Consultant at JCA, I bring experience as both a nonprofit leader and consultant. I understand the challenges nonprofits face in balancing mission and operations, and I’m passionate about helping organizations align their strategy, business processes, and technology to achieve lasting impact.
What is your background? What brought you to JCA?
I’ve been dedicated to the nonprofit sector since 2006, driven by a deep commitment to serving people through mission-focused work. When I was introduced to Salesforce, I quickly saw the opportunity to continue supporting nonprofits—this time by helping them implement and optimize the tools they need to amplify their impact. Joining JCA, an organization that shares my passion for making a difference, feels like a natural next step. I’m excited to be part of such a talented and mission-driven team.
What do you do outside of JCA?
Outside of JCA, I love to learn, travel and spend time with friends and family. You’ll often find me cheering on my kids at a soccer game, listening to a podcast or catching up with a friend over a cup of coffee. Whenever I get the chance, I love to kayak, snorkel or relax at the beach with a good book.
