During his leadership at thankQ USA, he oversaw an improved client onboarding process, increased client satisfaction scores, and the initiation of a User Community Learning Program.

“James is a fantastic addition to the JCA team,” said JCA President and Chief Operating Officer James Minehart. “In his previous tenure with us, James proved himself to be a dedicated leader and an extraordinary collaborator. I look forward to partnering with James on JCA’s path ahead.”

Walker previously served as the Director of Information Technology for Oregon Shakespeare Festival and as the Application Development Manager at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival. Walker also served on the Board of the Tessitura Network and was the Vice President of the Board of CIOArts, an organization comprised of leading technology professionals at cultural organizations across North America. His reputation as a thought leader within nonprofit technology circles will be of tremendous benefit to JCA and its clients.
