MORE ABOUT RASHIDA
Where do you work? Where are you from?
I live in Washington DC where I primarily grew up.
What do you do at JCA?
As a JCA Consultant, I am typically called on to function as a Business Analyst on many projects. I enjoy taking on various roles in our projects, but I’m most passionate about data management and helping organizations optimize their data to get the most out of their CRM systems.
What is your background? What brought you to JCA?
I spent 15 years working internally at various cause-based nonprofits and associations in the DC area. In that time, I participated in numerous database and implementation projects in varying capacities and eventually came to desire to “be on the other side of the table”, whether working for a software vendor or consulting company. I took a leap of faith in 2015 and started consulting independently on projects and encountered JCA on my very first independent contract. After working independently for almost five years, I decided I wanted to be a part of a team. The stars aligned with an opening as a JCA Consultant, and here I am!
