COLLEEN O’NEILL – VICE PRESIDENT, GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
Colleen O’Neill is an accomplished nonprofit and business development executive with more than 20 years of national leadership experience driving strategic growth, marketing, transformative partnerships, and sustainable revenue for organizations advancing health, youth, arts, education, and human service missions. She brings a passion for achieving measurable growth and greater social impact through collaboration, creativity, and purpose-driven leadership.
A trusted leader known for her authenticity, empathy, and data-driven strategy, Colleen has led transformative growth efforts for many major organizations such as The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Film Independent, Stupid Cancer, and Stand Up for Kids, where she built partnerships that delivered millions in new revenue and strengthened visibility for community and national brands. Through her consulting practice, she has also advised both nonprofit and for-profit partners serving the social impact sector, developing sustainable growth models, integrated campaigns, and cross-sector collaborations.
