Milam Milhouse Joins JCA Team

MILAM MILHOUSE – PRODUCT ENGINEER

Milam Milhouse is an experienced Full Stack Developer who has built web and mobile applications with large companies, small startups, and personal clients. He has led product and engineering architecture for high traffic, event-driven platforms, including a microsite for a 20,000+ attendee music festival, where he designed an application to complete quests that helped spread foot traffic and increase engagement across the festival site.

Milam also spearheaded frontend re-architecture efforts, resulting in more than 15% reduction in user flow time, reduced data load times, and increased user flow completion rate, and integrated analytics platforms to support and achieve product-led growth. Milam values adaptability and brings unique insight to every project.

Milam started his career as a Frontend Engineer at JPMorgan Chase, where he built tools for financial advisors, worked on automation testing efforts, and contributed to shared UI libraries. In other sectors, his experience includes creating curriculum content and tutoring high school students in application development.

Milam has also worked on applications with integrated AI, including a SaaS podcast generator that features AI-powered text-to-speech with multiple voice options and AI-generated imagery, and an application to generate text to speech to create podcasts. Milam holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Science from Cornell University.
