MONEQUA VIÑALES – SENIOR DATA SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT

Monequa Viñales has more than 10 years of experience building and leveraging data resources to help teams and organizations operate more efficiently and better measure impact. They have sharpened these skills across a variety of industry applications including in education, public transportation, artificial intelligence, hospitality, finance, automotive, and nonprofits.

Prior to joining JCA, Monequa led data projects to improve cleanliness and reliability, reshape ecosystems to support more efficient operations, design and deploy management systems, develop processes for standardization, as well as improve information security, create resources to measure impact, and increase the working knowledge capital of her clients.

Monequa is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. With this certification and its methodologies, her work is anchored by a rigorously qualified definition of the problem and thoughtful consideration of the capacity of the users in order to find a solution.
