Welcome to JCA Museums & Attractions!

We’re excited to officially launch JCA Museums & Attractions, a dedicated division designed to support museums, zoos, aquariums, and cultural attractions in harnessing the power of data to drive strategy and success.

Last year, we reimagined how we serve the arts and culture sector. What was once our JCA Arts Marketing division evolved into two specialized areas: JCA Performing Arts and JCA Museums & Attractions—a change that reflects the unique needs of the organizations in these sectors. Over the past several months, we’ve been building and refining our services for museums and attractions and we’re thrilled to officially unveil this new division.

Says CEO Steve Jacobson: “More than ever, museums and attractions are facing challenges to their very existence. Deep government funding cuts and attendance levels that haven’t fully recovered from the pandemic have resulted in severe financial strains.
