Highlights from KindCon 2025: Community, Connections, and Product Updates

We’re back from KindCon 2025 in sunny Anaheim, California and excited to share the latest updates from Kindsight. It was an incredible week with invigorating discussions, thoughtful insights, and fun connections with past and present clients.

Drawing inspiration from the roller coasters at nearby Disneyland, the theme of the conference was “momentum.” Kindsight is driving digital transformation at an incredible speed and shared several exciting updates about the latest additions and updates to their suite of fundraising solutions.
The Disneyland connection wasn’t just metaphorical—many attendees (including me!) took advantage of the proximity to enjoy the parks during downtime.

Of course, the main event was the product announcements. Here are some updates from KindCon that excited us:
Connect
Kindsight launched Connect, a constituent and donor portal built directly on the ascend CRM. Connect includes easy-to-build donation forms that sync directly with the CRM, reducing the workload for admins and technical users. (These users will also be happy to hear that Connect will now be delivered as a managed package within Salesforce!)
The user interface is easy on the eyes, and supporters will enjoy having a single location to give, update their information, and view their giving history.
Kindsight Intelligence
The Kindsight suite of products continues to grow with the announcement of their AI assistant, which will be embedded directly in the platform as well. The potential for automated workflows here is incredible and could streamline many tasks for fundraisers.
Kindsight Analyze and Kindsight Pay
With Kindsight Analyze (reporting & analytics) and Kindsight Pay (integrated payment solution), orgs will be able to address two common pain points within their existing Kindsight “ecosystem” for a more streamlined experience. Look for more information about these tools in 2026.
xGP Batch
The words “streamlined gift entry” should be music to every gift processor’s ears! With xGP Batch (formerly also referred to as “Batchify”), Kindsight introduces a tool designed to smooth out gift entry for large batches of simple, similar gifts. Look for this functionality in early 2026.
Looking Ahead
With highly-desired functionality and new modules anticipated over the next year, Kindsight is truly blazing the path for fundraising CRMs. We’re excited to see how they continue to listen to user feedback and develop tools that innovate and inspire.
