Liz Murray Receives Soul Award for 5 Years of Service

JCA recognizes Liz Murray, Senior Consultant, with a Soul Award for 5 years of service. The Soul Awards were established to recognize achievements of JCA employees, beginning at 5 years of service. At various levels, the award includes a donation to plant trees in our national forests, vacation bonuses, additional compensation, and personalized tributes.

Liz joined JCA in 2017 and has been a powerhouse during her time at JCA. She applies her sharp eye and listening ear to understand the issues facing JCA’s clients and works with them to find the right solution.  Liz has worked closely with the University of Arizona Foundation (UAF), serving on multiple projects during her JCA tenure. She worked on the team that implemented UAF’s Blackbaud CRM and was an essential part of UAF’s Financial Transformation and Modernization Project. Liz led in-depth sessions to document current state and future state processes for several financial services workflows. She also guided implementations of Financial Edge NXT, a new centralized data warehouse, intranet reporting, and document management. Liz developed close relationships at UAF and became a trusted advisor to staff across many departments.

Liz’s keen intelligence is a wonderful asset to JCA. She dedicates herself to finding solutions to problems and does not mind digging into the weeds to do it. In addition to her client projects, Liz has been an instrumental member of JCA’s internal Knowledge Management Team, helping better manage our own data and playing a leading role in the selection of our performance management software. She also recently earned her PMP certification! On top of all of this, she is vivacious, kind, and a joy to work with.
