Rock Star of the Quarter: Brittany Ivey

July 18, 2023

It’s time to celebrate our latest Rock Star. For Q2 of 2023, we recognize the contributions of Brittany Ivey!

Brittany has been very busy this past quarter. She took on the project lead role for a large Needs Assessment and System Selection project where she spoke with over 50 staff members across 17 functional area groups. Brittany worked with the project team to successfully deliver the Needs Assessment report to which the client remarked on several occasions how the report “exceeded (their) expectations.” They were impressed both by the quality of the discovery interviews and comprehensiveness of the report.

As shared by Manager of Professional Services Fiona Buttars, “Brittany holds herself to high standards and delivers excellent quality work. She is perceptive and develops effective relationships with clients that align with clients’ organizational cultures. Brittany’s pursuit of continued improvement for herself and JCA is impressive!”

On top of all her project work, Brittany continues to contribute to and improve JCA’s expertise, methodology, and culture. She recently received her Salesforce Administrator certification in June. Brittany also has been working with colleague Kelly Cronin Krein to update JCA’s report development methodology. Additionally, she sits on the board of Girls on the Run Greater Knoxville and has contributed over 25 hours of volunteer time so far this year towards JCA’s company-wide initiative of providing 350 volunteer hours in 2023.

Congrats to Brittany on this well-deserved Q2 2023 JCA Rock Star award!
