Kay Rollinson Promoted to Operations Administrator

JCA is pleased to announce that Kay Rollinson has been promoted to Operations Administrator.  

Since joining JCA in 2021, Kay has been an integral part of our team. Not only in her work as Marketing Coordinator, but also in the additional responsibilities she has taken on, including logistical planning for our annual Company Meeting and team engagement activities. 

Her organizational skills and ability to lead new initiatives will be instrumental in this new role, where she will ensure that JCA has the proper operational controls and processes in place to achieve our strategic goals and take our HR initiatives to the next level. 

Kay is also a member of JCA’s Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Team, which works to align and facilitate action to advance JEDI principles within JCA’s work—both with our clients and each other. She is passionate about connecting with others and building an inclusive community.
