Introducing JCA Office Hours for Database Support

Having served the nonprofit sector for almost 40 years, I’ve seen a lot of changes. But, in all this time, one of the things that hasn’t changed has been the gap between a software provider’s maintenance (or subscription) plan and a nonprofit’s need to optimize the use of that software. If you look at your provider’s terms and conditions, you’ll likely see things like “system uptime,” “software patches and/or updates,” “data security” and “error resolution.” But you likely won’t see anything about them being responsible for providing you with best practices for using the software. It’s time for JCA to fill that gap!
