Wow, what a fantastic week in Orlando for TLCC 2023. We had a great time connecting with old and new friends, current and future clients, and all the wonderful folx of the Tessitura Network. And we also learned a lot from the amazing arts administrators who presented at sessions.

Here were some of our highlights from the conference:

Introduction of Business Process Automation (BPA).

We launched this new offering right before the conference and were excited to hear the buzz about this services at the conference. People are excited about how BPA can help organizations connect Tessitura with other systems to share data and automate workflows. Huzzah for enhanced productivity!

Presenting about Audience Trends in 2023.

JCA Arts Marketing Director Jamie Alexander and Consultant Andrew Moreau presented our new study, Trends in Audience Behavior: What’s New in 2023? We presented to a packed house and were thrilled to share that ticket sales were moving in the right direction starting in Spring 2023.

Connecting with Current and Potential Clients.

Of course, the most fun part of the conference is always connecting with our friends and clients. We had many great conversations at our sponsor table, over meals, and…of course…at the pool!

Running the 5k!

CEO Steve Jacobson and JCA Arts Marketing Director Jamie Alexander ran (or maybe ran/walked) the TLCC 5k in the sweltering heat and humidity. No small feat!

Supporting Orlando Youth Alliance.

Our team wanted to do something to support the local community in Orlando, so JCA’s team members made donations to Orlando Youth Alliance. This organization provides a safe space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth in Central Florida. JCA employees’ gifts will be matched as part of our company’s donation match program in our efforts to support our communities. So far, we’ve donated $250 in total, which will be matched by JCA!

We look forward to attending TLCC in Washington DC next year!Â
