As Subscriptions Stabilize, Flex Packages Show Promise

We conducted this study to measure how much of a future traditional fixed subscriptions have versus newer loyalty programs—like choose-your-own subscriptions, memberships, and ticket credits.

​What we found is: subscriptions are not dead yet. But there is room to innovate and grow as we move further into our new landscape and engage new audiences. After all, we have to get ready for Gen Z!​
