For Q2 of 2025, we recognize the contributions of Fiona Buttars!
Fiona consistently demonstrates exceptional leadership, thoughtful decision-making, and a clear commitment to the Professional Services team’s success. In Q2, Fiona went above and beyond, balancing her own project workload while leading the Data Ecosystem Consulting Work Group with focus and care. As a considerate and approachable manager, she fosters an environment where team members feel supported and heard. She diligently oversees the Professional Services team’s workload management and ensures the smooth onboarding of new projects.
In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Fiona successfully led two consecutive hiring processes for the Senior Data Solutions Consultant and Senior Consultant roles. Through her proactive planning and strong organizational skills, we achieved our goal of completing both hires within Q2. Fiona’s commitment to fairness and inclusivity stood out throughout. She approached each step intentionally, using structured evaluation tools and actively minimizing bias, creating a more equitable and respectful process for all.

Fiona is always looking out for her team: clearing blockers, offering herself as a sounding board for ideas, and offering her time for anyone who needs her support. She is a master at juggling priorities and is the master of workload planning, constantly assessing her team’s assignments so that work is balanced, mental health is sound, and each team member has the opportunity to work on meaningful pieces that highlight their skills.
