Amy Catanzaro & Patrick Smith hired at JCA
AMY CATANZARO – RMA PRODUCT MANAGER
As RMA Product Manager, Amy Catanzaro will assist arts clients in optimizing the revenue potential for their organizations by overseeing the Revenue Management Application product line. Before joining JCA, Amy worked as the Director of Sales for the Cincinnati Symphony, Pops, and May Festival where she utilized Tessitura and the RMA to analyze sales trends and implement pricing strategies.
Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in horn performance from the University of Dayton. She lives in Cincinnati with her husband and three children where she enjoys attending their sporting and musical events, listening to podcasts (favorites include This American Life, Armchair Expert, and Revisionist History), reading, and binge watching Netflix.
PATRICK SMITH – ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT, JCA ARTS MARKETING
As an Associate Consultant, Patrick Smith helps clients use the RMA and Segmentation Engine effectively while also supporting JCA Arts Marketing on a variety of consulting projects.
Before Joining JCA, Patrick worked as the Ticket Services Manager at Washington Performing Arts (WPA). While at WPA, he was responsible for all things ticketing related and recently led the company’s transition to Tessitura Analytics. He also provided excellent customer service to the company’s patrons and trained fellow box office staff to do the same. Patrick was previously a high school teacher where he taught theater, English, and public speech and debate.
Patrick has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Arts in Arts Management from George Mason University. He enjoys live theatre, playing guitar, building computers, and working on his house.
