Rashida Brown & Anna Marie Faulkner join JCA

RASHIDA BROWN – CONSULTANT

Rashida Brown has worked exclusively with government and non-profit organizations for 19 years. As a consultant, she has played key roles on CRM implementation projects for the Certified Financial Planner Board, The Smithsonian Office of Advancement, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, the ACLU, and most recently, The National Geographic Society. Her roles on these projects have ranged from business analysis to business process workflow development, and from end user testing to training curriculum development and SOP documentation.

Rashida has held various Membership, Fundraising, and IT roles at organizations such as the American Chiropractic Association, Partnership for Public Service, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Her most recent internal position was Director of Information Services for NAMI, where her team was responsible for the implementation of new systems and systems integrations and the ongoing operations for fundraising and membership for NAMI and its 52 affiliates.

Rashida is skilled at understanding end-user needs and interpreting them to assist technical staff in designing and implementing workable solutions, and the related user procedures to address those needs. She is also experienced in a number of nonprofit CRM systems, including Ellucian, netFORUM, The Raiser’s Edge, and Salesforce. A key strength of Rashida’s is her ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.

ANNA MARIE FAULKNER – MARKETING MANAGER

Anna Marie Faulkner joins JCA as the Marketing Manager. She most recently worked at Lookingglass Theatre Company, where she was the Director of Marketing. Over the past four years Anna Marie headed efforts to grow and retain audiences by creating marketing strategies, building visual brand and marketing materials, and designing traditional and digital ad campaigns. In addition, Anna Marie led a team of professionals in marketing, group sales, graphic design, and audience services, while managing consulting and vendor relationships.

Anna Marie has previously held marketing and public relations positions at Chicago Humanities Festival, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, SUNY Potsdam (Community Performance Series), and Southern Utah University (Utah Shakespeare Festival).

Anna Marie earned her bachelor’s in Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa, with minors in Theatre and Marketing.
