Rashida Brown Promoted to Senior Consultant

JCA is pleased to announce that Rashida Brown has been promoted to Senior Consultant. 

Since joining JCA in December 2019, Rashida has become an integral part of our team. She works closely with our clients, and they rely heavily on her. One client trusted her advice so much that they brought her halfway around the world to provide training, and other clients look to Rashida for guidance on a whole host of issues related to development operations. She is an excellent trainer and is always willing to share her expertise with others.  

Her colleagues value her expertise on data conversion and implementation projects. She has been instrumental in improving our internal methodologies, recently attained a new software certification, and currently plays a key role in developing our processes.   

Rashida is also a member of JCA’s Advisory Team, which serves as a conduit for internal communications among staff and JCA leadership. She helps build community at JCA, which is often a challenge in our distributed company. Rashida is smart, hard-working, and a pleasure to work with.
